FRESH CELLS DE LUXE WONDERCELL LOTION (Hair follicle activator lotion) strengthens and rejuvenates the hair bulb, promoting hair growth. Mixing the lotion with the concentrate demonstrates its synergistic effect.  The lotion contains placental extract, a complex of vitamins and minerals, vasodilating agents, and Sabal extract, a natural anti-androgen. The concentrate contains CEGABA (Carboxyethyl gamma-aminobutyric acid), a polyamine that induces and stimulates cellular metabolism, prolongs the hair growth phase, and strengthens hair follicles. It also contains apple stem cells, proteins from soybeans and placenta, antioxidants, a vitamin and mineral complex, and Sabal extract.  With the combination of the lotion and concentrate, it is possible to regulate sebum secretion and achieve a noticeable effect on hair growth, even in the most severe cases of alopecia.
