The FITEK Powerlifting Barbell is designed explicitly for powerlifting. The shaft is rigid and strong to be able to accommodate heavyweights, making it ideal for squats, presses and deadlifts. Just like our Olympic barbells, this bar is made from high-quality steel and is coated with a hard chrome protective surface to increase the wear-resistance and durability. As the sleeves do not need to spin, they are manufactured with robust bronze bushings that keep movement to a minimum and feature a snap ring design to secure the sleeves to the bar. This allows you to remain stable throughout the entirety of every lift.
