Attachment Design All RX3 attachments are made with a rounded chrome pin making insertion into the uprights easy and frictionless. The rounded chrome pin as well as the uprights will maintain their new appearance, even after years of repeatedly inserting and removing attachments. The 2:1 weight ratios are the most commonly used, suitable for dynamic and more functional movements where you want a lower starting weight of 10LBs and the ability to increase weight in 5LB increments. You generally want to work your way up to heavier weights by increasing in 5LB increments for exercises such as chest fly, face pulls, and basically anything else where you use 1 hand or 1 leg. Jumping in 10LB increments might be too heavy for most movements and cause you to break proper form. On the other hand, the dual 200LB weight stacks can be utilized to their full 200LBs by changing to 1:1 weight ratio.
